Sales — Mail Security (f/m/d)

We are continuously interested in conversations with people who can bring our mail-security platform to MSPs, mid-market and enterprise customers across the DACH region. Anyone who can explain to decision makers why DMARC, SPF and DKIM are no longer optional — and why our platform is the clean, GDPR-compliant answer — fits this profile. Note: No specific vacancy at the moment. When the right person and a concrete need align, we hire quickly.

Responsibilities

  • New business — outbound to MSPs, IT service providers and end customers with their own mail domains
  • Consult & demo — product demos, webinars, explaining DMARC/SPF/DKIM and S/MIME
  • Own the pipeline — qualify leads, build proposals, close deals
  • Partner management — grow and maintain the MSP reseller channel
  • Market feedback — close loop with product and engineering
  • Events — represent Mailantis at IT-security and MSP events

Profile

  • B2B IT sales experience — ideally SaaS, cybersecurity or cloud
  • Completed technical HTL is a plus — you understand what you sell
  • Basic understanding of email, DNS and IT security — or willingness to go deep
  • Strong communication in German (fluent / business level) and English (confident)
  • Self-driven, hands-on, comfortable in a remote setup
  • Experience with MSPs, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace is a plus

Profile 02 · Technical

Technical Deployment Specialist (f/m/d)

DNS · DMARC · SMTP Talent Pool Remote / AT

We are continuously interested in conversations with people who can be the technical hand reaching out to the customer: onboarding new MSPs and end customers onto the Mailantis platform, implementing DMARC, SPF and DKIM records cleanly in DNS, integrating mail systems like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Exchange, and leading customers from p=none all the way to p=reject — without breaking legitimate mail flow. Note: No specific vacancy at the moment. When the right person and a concrete need align, we hire quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Customer onboarding — from the first domain to full DMARC enforcement
  • DNS configuration — A, MX, TXT (SPF), CNAME (DKIM), TXT (DMARC, BIMI, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT)
  • Mail system integration — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exchange on-prem, Postfix & co.
  • DMARC rollout planning — gradual policy progression (none → quarantine → reject) without mail loss
  • Forensic analysis — investigate DMARC aggregate and forensic reports together with customers
  • S/MIME ordering workflow — guide customers through the certificate request and issuance process
  • Technical 2nd-level support — escalated tickets, troubleshooting, knowledge-base articles
  • Close cooperation with sales (pre-sales engineering) and engineering (bug reports, feature requests)

Profile

  • Completed technical HTL (high school) is a plus (computer science, network engineering, or similar)
  • Solid networking knowledge — TCP/IP, routing, TLS fundamentals
  • DNS experience is a must — you know what a TTL, CNAME flattening or PTR record is
  • Experience with mail systems — Microsoft 365 / Exchange, Google Workspace, or Postfix/Sendmail
  • Basic understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC (or willingness to ramp up within 4 weeks)
  • Comfortable on the CLI, scripting in Python / PowerShell / Bash is a plus
  • Structured and communicative — you can explain a DNS record to a customer's IT lead on the phone
  • German at business level, English fluent
