Mailantis uses technically necessary cookies and — with your consent — Google Analytics. A cookie banner appears on your first visit. You can actively accept or decline Google Analytics at any time. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Third-Party Cookies

On the marketing site, third-party cookies are set exclusively for statistical reach measurement via Google Analytics — and only after your explicit consent through the cookie banner. We do not use advertising or tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for anonymised reach measurement. Processed data includes a truncated IP address, device and browser information, time of access, pages visited and dwell time. Processing also takes place in the USA. Legal basis: consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Transfer safeguards: EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision. You may withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. More details: Google Privacy Policy.

SaaS App (app.mailantis.eu)

The SaaS application additionally uses authentication cookies (session, CSRF). These are technically necessary for login and are addressed separately in the app's privacy notices.

Manage consent

You can change your cookie consent at any time. After withdrawal, the cookie banner will reappear on the next page load and Google Analytics will no longer be loaded.

Clearing Storage

You can clear all values listed here at any time via your browser settings ("Clear site data" for mailantis.eu). Mailantis will subsequently continue to function with default settings.
