Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. All monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of the month, annual plans at the end of the year. No notice periods, no hidden clauses.

Which Sectigo products are available?

We offer the three most-used Sectigo S/MIME products directly: Mailbox-Validated Multipurpose (product 794), Mailbox-Validated Strict (795) and Organization-Validated Multipurpose (796). Other products from the Sectigo catalogue (code signing, EV, document signing) on request.

How does per-domain pricing work?

Monitoring starts from €30/month. Concrete terms depend on the domain count and the features you need — visible on registration or in a sales call. Switch plans anytime, no cancellation period.

Are invoices issued in EUR?

Yes, all invoices are in EUR and include Austrian VAT (20 %), unless a VAT exemption applies. Payment via credit card, SEPA direct debit or by invoice (Business plan and up).

Am I exempt from VAT as an EU business customer?

With a valid VAT ID (outside Austria), the reverse-charge procedure applies — invoice without VAT with the corresponding notice. VAT ID can be entered on registration or in the account area.

Migration from another DMARC solution?

Yes, we support migration from dmarcian, EasyDMARC, Valimail, OnDMARC and others. For migration, only a change of the rua address in the DMARC record is needed — we import historical reports on request.
