What does the MSP program cost?

Terms on request — base fee plus a tiered per-sub-org price (cheaper with growing sub-org count). No setup fee, no minimum term. Concrete quote in a 30-minute call.

How does white-label work?

For each sub-org you set your brand's logo and colors. They appear on the reports you forward to your end customers — so the reporting carries your MSP brand instead of Mailantis. (A custom UI domain per client is not part of white-label at this time.)

Can my end customers have their own logins?

Yes, optional. You decide per sub-org whether only you have access or the end customer does too — with their own role and permissions.

How does onboarding new customers work?

Sub-org via UI (1 click), API (REST), or bulk import (CSV with a domain list). Mailantis creates the sub-org and starts monitoring immediately.

What margin can I plan with?

Typically 30–50 % margin against end-customer pricing. The exact tiering depends on volume. The reseller agreement has no minimum purchase commitment.
